In this capacity, you'll employ AI tools to design and perfect our campus models, implement AI systems for seamless daily operations, and drive enhancements in long-term processes. You'll also oversee the development of new campuses, working closely with contractors to meet regulatory standards and achieve timely and budget-friendly occupancy certification.
What You Will Be Doing - Deploy AI-based systems to streamline daily operations and foster continuous process improvement
- Design and optimize scalable franchise models leveraging AI technologies
- Lead the end-to-end management of new campus development, from initial planning to securing occupancy
What You Won’t Be Doing - Directly mentoring or managing academic personnel
- Participating in routine, direct interactions with students and their families
- Designing educational programs or curriculum
Management Consultant Key Responsibilities - Create and deploy an AI-powered operational framework that revolutionizes management through predictive analytics and real-time tracking, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and uniformity across all campuses
Basic Requirements - Must reside in North America
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an operational capacity
- Demonstrated success in implementing AI and automation solutions
- Ready to travel 10-40% across the US to aid in establishing new campuses

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
