Pay Rate/Range: $27-30/hr
Description: We’re looking for a Production Supervisor for a local aerospace manufacturing company. In this role, you'll lead daily production operations, supervise machine operators, and ensure products are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You’ll manage schedules, support inventory accuracy, resolve production issues, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Job Requirements: Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production. Previous experience in a supervisory role is required. Knowledge of CNC machine operation is strongly preferred, and a background in aerospace is a plus. We're looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Shift/Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available
