Overview This role is perfect for a candidate who just received there welding certification or has less than 1-2 years for experience and is looking to be apart of an amazing team! The pay range for this position is $20 - $22/ hour - Monday - Friday (7am-3:30pm) Benefits Working here: ~ Medical/dental/vision - after 30-days of employment ~401k W/Company match ~ Paid Parental leave ~ PTO ~ Bonus program ~ Referral program ~ Tuition Reimbursement ~ Discount hub on Movies, concerts, travel, etc ~ Paid weekly Responsibilities Setup machines to exacting specifications and prepare machines for production Operate various projection welding machine setups Arrange job parts by line number and by like pieces for processing Check all dimensions/locations of hardware cut-outs and frame handing for accuracy Mark identification information on material for communication with fellow employees as well as end user Install all required reinforcements, including but not limited to hinge and strike reinforcements, various kinds of anchors, corner gussets and closer reinforcements Requirements Must be proficient at reading work orders Must have a concern for qualify control Able to work in a fast-paced environment
