About the Role:

We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Senior Appointment Setter who has experience confidently engaging potential clients through direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to generate leads and book sales calls. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, persuasive, and skilled in handling objections to convert conversations into sales opportunities.

This role requires strong communication skills and creativity in messaging. You’ll thrive in this position if you like working in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your results, and continuously refine your approach to improve performance. As a key part of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth while aligning with the company’s mission and values.

This is a Part-Time remote role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within a few months.

We are looking for a Senior Appointment Setter specifically with these requirements:

  • Native English and great communication skills .
  • 5+ years of experience in direct messaging (DM) sales, lead generation, or closing deals via Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to craft compelling messages, handle objections, and build rapport with potential clients.
  • A go-getter who takes initiative, thinks on their feet, and consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets or CRM tools to track booked calls, conversions, and other performance metrics.
  • Able to adjust messaging strategies based on client responses and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the sales team and attending training sessions.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Actively engage with potential clients via DMs on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book sales calls.
  • Persuade prospects, handle objections, and drive conversions through direct messaging.
  • Monitor and report KPIs, including booked calls, conversion rates, and sales closed, using company tracking tools.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and align strategies.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine skills, stay updated on best practices, and improve performance.
  • Maintain a structured approach to outreach, follow up with leads consistently, and take ownership of results.
