We're looking for a dedicated Remote Hospitality Agent to support clients in booking accommodations and curating personalized travel experiences. In this fully remote role, you'll guide clients through selecting hotels and resorts, manage reservations, and provide expert hospitality recommendations that fit their unique needs.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, travel goals, and budget.
Recommend hotels, resorts, and other lodging options that align with client requirements.
Coordinate reservations and handle booking confirmations, modifications, or special requests.
Maintain accurate client records and reservation details within our systems.
Build strong relationships with hospitality partners to secure excellent client experiences.
Stay informed on destination trends, new hotel openings, and seasonal offerings.
Deliver responsive, friendly service that exceeds client expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
Customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or reservations.
Familiarity with hotel booking platforms or reservation systems is a plus, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
