We manufacture and market prestressed concrete (PC) strand and welded wire reinforcement, including engineered structural mesh, concrete pipe reinforcement, and standard welded wire reinforcement for concrete reinforcement applications. The company operates ten manufacturing facilities in eight states.

About You
The person we are looking for is energetic, success driven, manufacturing savvy, has exemplary leadership skills, and a deep passion for developing people. One who understands the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and can manage a demanding manufacturing process that produces wire reinforcement products to build American infrastructure. You are a role model and leader to your peers and subordinates, and a key player in the success of the business. You believe safety comes first to achieve and sustain Zero Harm outcomes.

Position Snapshot
A Production Supervisor is commonly expected to know how to lead their team in a production atmosphere and safety oriented. To be successful in this role you will:
  • Directly supervises employees in the Production Department.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, checking, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; costs; operation methods; maintaining quality standards; maintaining quantity standards; and carrying out established policy.
  • Additional duties regarding inventory, safety, and quality will be assigned.

Requirements and Education:

  • Broad technical training (high school plus 1 to 3 years apprenticeship/applied trades training). 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ previous work-related experience is required. The hired Individual must have above average interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop individuals.
