What You’ll Do: Operate Machines: Set up and run metal fabrication equipment like Brake Presses, Turrets, and Fin Presses. Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings to ensure precision and quality. Stay Safe & Organized: Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and keep your workspace clean. Inspect & Improve: Check materials and finished parts for quality, and suggest ways to improve processes. Collaborate: Work closely with teammates to meet production goals. Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly. Adapt & Support: Be flexible with shifts and overtime when needed. What You Bring: Required: High school diploma or GED. At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience. Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions. Physical stamina to stand, lift (30–50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. Basic computer skills. Preferred: ~2+ years of machine operation experience. ~ Experience with Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press. ~ CNC machine programming and operation. ~ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
