HOUSE PERSON | LE PETIT PALI ST HELENAPOSITION DESCRIPTION:The House Person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, building maintenance and managing the daily linen inventory.ABOUT LE PETIT PALI ST HELENALe Petit Pali St Helena is Situated in the charming Napa Valley town of St. Helena, this intimate hidden gem features 24 picturesque guest rooms and 5 standalone cottages. Spend afternoons lounging by our sparkling pool or savoring a glass of local wine on the sun-drenched terrace. As evening falls, stroll along our peaceful pathways, taking in the spectacular sunset views that only Napa can deliver. Guests can delight in an array of amenities including complimentary daily Champagne Continental Breakfast, house-made cookies delivered to your room each night, Antipodes water and Baci chocolates left bedside after check-in, and so much more. Le Petit Pali St. Helena is nestled on a quiet road, just a stone's throw away from Downtown St. Helena, Calistoga, and some of the region's most desirable wineries, tasting rooms, and eateries. TASKS AT HAND:Clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom and carpet shampoo machine in all common areasClean rooms, hallways and restroomsWashes walls and ceiling, moves furniture's and turn mattressSweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors in all common areasDusts and polishes metalwork in all common areasCollects soiled linenReceived linen suppliesRemoves trash collected by room attendantsWalk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect trash or soild linenRefill the par stock of linen on each floorDeliver towels, cribs, cots and other items to the guest rooms on requestsPerform duties of housekeeping when necessarySort linen, stock housekeeping closetsRefill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry.Help the housekeeping with the heavy liftingClean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating proceduresAssist housekeeping with placing roll-ways beds, extra bed etc.Inspect condition of all furniture for tears, rips or stains; report any damages to the supervisorRespond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleaguesMust be completely flexible with scheduling and be open to varied schedules every week based on hotel occupanciesFollow uniform guidelinePerform any other reasonable duties as required by managementWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Has a strong working knowledge of and passion for hospitalityDisplays a strong hands-on approachGuest service orientedStrong knowledge of cleaning productsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: A competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) retirement plan (future you will love this one!)Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay when you're under the weather.Career advancement in an organization committed to helping star employees thrive.
