**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Location Analytics Analyst, you assist with the design and implementation of tools, templates, and software for use in map production.
This job is part of the Location Analytics function. They are responsible for developing and maintaining geographical information systems databases, applications, and tools.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Create specifications for various mapping or data analysis projects.
+ Provide training and assistance to Jr. team members in their respective areas of expertise.
+ Collect and create new data sets based on project requirements using mapping techniques or software.
+ Develop custom client templates or equations to streamline efficiencies.
+ Research and obtain accurate market data for a specific line of business.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, ESRI, Adobe Creative cloud, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
