This is a full-time, in-field sales role with a base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission. With performance incentives and leadership pathways, our top team members routinely achieve six-figure incomes, and many exceed $150,000+ annually.

About the Role

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face, educating them on the benefits of switching to solar
• Set qualified appointments for solar consultations
• Work outdoors 5 days per week in assigned territories
• Receive ongoing training in sales, communication, and personal development
