Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Data scientist to join our team and support designing and deploying robust machine learning and GenAI systems to drive consumer targeting initiatives using artificial intelligence, generative AI, data engineering, and MLOps practices, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. **Essential Functions** - Design and implement scalable data pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support machine learning and generative AI systems. - Develop, build, and deploy real-world machine learning production systems for training and inference. - Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance the performance, maintainability, and reliability of machine learning systems. - Apply DevOps best practices to machine learning, including CI/CD, automation, and continuous monitoring. - Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept machine learning models to validate business hypotheses. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning solutions into existing systems. **Qualifications** - Master's Degree Master's Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field - 1-2 years demonstrated experience in cutting edge ML/AI research - Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark, with fluency in modern data science and machine learning libraries, - Hands-on experience with cloud-based data science platforms (e.g., Databricks or equivalent) is preferred. - Experience in building backend and frontend applications using frameworks such as FastAPI and Streamlit. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,700.00 - $146,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
