Made Possible.** The Catcher (Formers) plays a crucial role in the production process, primarily responsible for the inspection, packing, and palletizing of finishing products. This position is essential in ensuring that the products meet the quality standards set by the company and its customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, as the individual must identify good and poor-quality work according to established standards. Adherence to packing specifications and safety requirements is paramount in this position. The job functions include inspecting finished products for defects, packing and labeling boxes according to customer specifications, and palletizing finished products. The Catcher will also be responsible for completing necessary paperwork that accompanies each job.
